You may return any item purchased from Rover's Remedy for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.
You must carefully package the product (you are responsible for the cost of return shipping), and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Rover's Remedy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
